Kyriaki Fousiani's proposal on "The role of conspiracy thinking in organizations" recently got awarded a Sustainable Society Small Grant.

Her research investigates the effects of conspiracy thinking on psychological contract breach and in turn on prosocial and antisocial work behavior of employees.
