How to make government work in the Northern Netherlands attractive to young professionals?
Our two master students Teus Jansma and Neelke IJsseldijk are trying to investigate this question in the frame of their Master thesis research. The study is lead by Susanne Scheibe and Anita Keller, in collaboration with Samewerking Rijk Noord. Studying the personal preferences and expectations of young professionals when it comes to jobs they would be interested in might shed light on potential policies that the Northern Netherlands could implement in order to attract young professionals to work in the public sector.
